Always keep station clean. It is important to keep working station clean always. It is easy for us to manage the work area, and looks professional. There is lesser chance to get food cross contamination. Messy station will easy for bacteria to grow. If customer eat contaminated food, they will get food poisioning. And this will effect the reputation of the store/restaurant.
Always fold cloth nicely before use. So that, it has more area can use for cleaning and lesser chance of bacteria grow inside the cloth.

ReplyDeleteIt is very important for us to keep our work station clean.This help to prevent contamination of utensils and food,it also enable the next food handler to use the work station.If the work station is not properly clean,it will cause bacteria to grow and eventually this bacteria will enter into the consumer's stomach and thus cause foodborne illness e.g. food poisioning which is very dangerous to health as it might cause death.Hence,it is very very essential for food handlers to practice this cleanliness habit.
